Delivery to a Deliveri branch or to your address is carried out at the carrier’s rates.

By your own transport
Delivery of orders in the amount of UAH 30 thousand or more is carried out free of charge by our own transport to the nearest cities – Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Rivne, etc.
By courier to the address
In the city Zhytomyr – free courier delivery of goods from 1000 UAH.
Pickup
Pickup of many goods in Kyiv is available. Kyiv from Akademgorodok, Paladina Ave. Paladina Ave.
Please, upon receipt of the order, be sure to check the integrity of the packaging, the absence of mechanical damage and completeness of the package. If you find any damage or incompleteness, you have the right to refuse to pay for and receive the goods by drawing up a corresponding act (claim). Please note that we cannot guarantee the resolution of disputes regarding the goods in your favor if they have not been checked upon receipt.
Due to military operations, delivery of goods to the temporarily occupied territories has been temporarily suspended.
Payment options
By VISA/MASTERCARD
Pay for your order online with a Visa or MasterCard. Delivery and pickup of goods are possible only after payment is confirmed.
In cash / on the card
Payment in cash upon receipt of the goods in our office or at the warehouse. It is also possible to pay for your order upon receipt of the goods at a Nova Poshta branch.
Cashless payment
Payment by bank transfer is made at the cash desk of any bank branch or from your company’s current account. When choosing a non-cash payment method, delivery or pickup of the order is carried out after the funds are received on our current account.
WARRANTY SERVICE
You can exchange or return the goods within 14 days via the delivery service or in our service departments.
For warranty service, you can contact the official service centers of the product manufacturer and our stores. The warranty is provided for a period of 2 weeks to 99 months. Please check the completeness and absence of defects in the goods upon receipt.
