The most important factor is thermal insulation. Always remember that the product we present offers only insulation. There are no cooling agents in the heat packs. In other words, the product you pack in a shrink wrap must be pre-cooled. There is also a rule that the larger the volume of the product placed in the shrink wrap, the stronger the cooling effect. For cooling, we recommend using cold accumulators from T-PACK.

In this regard, it is very important to consider the following for medicines. Pre-store the insulating bags at the same temperature as the vaccines and medicines. This will help to maintain the lowest temperature of the medicines for a long time. If you place a small container of medicine in a large thermal bag with a temperature of +20°C, the medicine (vaccine or insulin, for example) may heat up instead of cooling. Therefore, to achieve a long-lasting thermal insulation effect, the thermopack must be cooled to the temperature of the medicine in advance.

It is also important to choose the right size of the bag and to seal it hermetically after packaging the medicines. For this purpose, the bag has a flap with an adhesive tape on it. Before use, the tape is covered with a protective layer that can be easily removed.
