Instructions for using T-PACK cold accumulators

Aug 29, 2024 | Blog | 0 comments

Cold accumulator is a cooling device in the form of a sealed container filled with a substance with a high heat capacity.

HOW TO USE COLD ACCUMULATORS?

Before use, the gel cold accumulator is placed in a freezer, where the substance is cooled to the desired temperature or brought to complete freezing. Depending on the desired temperature regime.

The lower the freezing temperature, the longer the cold accumulator will last. For example, a refrigerator with No frost technology has a lower temperature in the freezer than a conventional drip refrigerator and as a result, the cold accumulator from the freezer of a No frost refrigerator will keep the low temperature longer.

After the cold accumulator has frozen, it is ready for use. It can be placed in a thermal bag, thermal container, etc. For more efficient use, we recommend using cold accumulators on the bottom and top of the product.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETELY FREEZE A T-PACK COLD BATTERY?

A full freezing cycle of a T-PACK gel cold battery takes from 6 to 8 hours.

COLD ACCUMULATOR FOR ENERGY STORAGE.

With the rise in electricity prices, the process of energy saving is relevant. To increase energy efficiency and extend the life of your refrigerator, you can use gel cold accumulators manufactured by T-PACK.

When used in household refrigerators, cold accumulators stabilize the temperature in the chamber (due to which the refrigeration compressor turns on and off less often), increase the safe storage time of products during a power outage, and increase the freezing capacity in freezers.
