Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please make sure to check the integrity of the packaging, absence of mechanical damage, and completeness of the product upon receipt at the carrier’s branch or from the courier.
If you detect damage or missing items, you have the right to refuse the product and payment, and file an official claim report with the carrier.
❗ Please note: we cannot guarantee a favorable resolution of disputes regarding compensation or replacement if the product was not inspected at the time of delivery.
