Conventionally, foam thermocontainers can be divided into 2 types:

Cut or milled thermocontainers.
The main advantages of this type of thermobox are the possibility of individual manufacturing and price. The production of such thermocontainers is carried out by cutting sheet polystyrene to the required dimensions and their subsequent assembly. The assembly of such thermocontainers is possible using the tongue-and-groove technology or by gluing the walls with hot melt adhesive.
Cut thermocontainers do not have hermetic seams. It should also be noted that each such seam will be a cold bridge and will affect the shelf life of the products inside the thermobox. Such a thermal container is suitable for short-term storage/transportation and is not suitable for medical use.
