So let&#8217;s do some testing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Validation of <a href=\"https:\/\/t-pack.com.ua\/shop\/akumulyatoru_holodu\/akumulyator-holodu-t-pack-250g\/\">T-PACK 250g cold accumulators<\/a> and a 4l thermal container of our production<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For the experiments we will use:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/t-pack.com.ua\/shop\/termokonteineru-ua\/termokontejner-z-pinoplastu-4l\/\">4l thermal container.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/t-pack.com.ua\/shop\/akumulyatoru_holodu\/akumulyator-holodu-t-pack-250g\/\">T-PACK 250g cold accumulator<\/a> \u2013 2pcs<\/li>\n<li>Microcontroller for data processing \u2013 ESP32<\/li>\n<li>DS18B20 temperature sensor<\/li>\n<li>Imitation of a 4mm thick thermal package<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Experiment conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Temperature outside the thermal box \u2013 +18<\/li>\n<li>Required temperature inside the thermal box +2 \u2013 +8<\/li>\n<li>Freezer -18<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more effective temperature distribution, we place one cold accumulator on the bottom, the other on top of the product. In our case, a temperature sensor. To isolate the temperature sensor from direct contact with the cold accumulators, we put on a thermal package. Close the lid and wait 24 hours. At the same time, we take temperature data every 10 minutes. In the table above, we see how the temperature inside the thermobox changed over 24 hours. Thanks to the unique formulation of T-PAK cold accumulators, cold accumulators do not have a rapid defrosting phase. The gel structure prevents rapid temperature loss.
